Using Phone Advantage
The first time you access your account(s), you will be required to enter
your social security number and a four-digit Personal Identification
Number (PIN) of your choice. For your
protection, keep your PIN confidential. To access information, you will
need your account number(s) and your four-digit PIN.
Call Phone Advantage from any Touch-Tone™ phone at 402-643-2600
or 402-761-2600. Wait for the greeting, then follow the
simple instructions given to you over the menu selections from which to
choose. To access these selections from the Main Menu, simply press the
corresponding numbers on your telephone (account numbers, PIN, and transfers
must be followed by the # sign).
