No, the system upgrade will not affect fees.
Your Jones Bank checks will continue to work as usual.
No, you will receive a new upgraded card and your debit card number will change. Your new debit card will be contactless with tap-to-pay technology and be through MasterCard with advanced features to protect your financial information. Cards will arrive in the mail in the early weeks of April. For security purposes, they will be sent in a plain, unmarked envelope without the bank’s logo or identifying information.
New debit cards can be used beginning on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Easy-to-follow activation instructions will be enclosed in the mail along with your new debit card.
Yes, you will need to update your card information with any businesses that have your card on file.
You will not need to re-enroll but you will need to set a password. To access your accounts electronically after 8:00 am Monday, April 27, follow the instructions listed above.
Yes, your financial security is always our highest priority.
Zelle® will be available through April 16, 2026. Any prescheduled Zelle® transactions dated April 17 and after will not occur. We will transition to a new, equally as convenient, P2P platform SPIN in June 2026. SPIN is a fast, safe, and easy way to send money to your friends and family, right from Jones Bank’s mobile app or Online Banking.
Bill Pay will have a new interface. If you are an active Bill Pay customer, your payees and reoccurring payments will convert. The current Bill Pay system will be available through April 16, 2026. The new Bill Pay will be available April 27, 2026.
During this transition, your bank account could temporarily disconnect from third-party financial apps, such as Venmo and Robinhood. Plaid, a secure service that connects apps to U.S. bank accounts through a verification process, may experience delays reconnecting to our bank. This will affect how quickly you can relink your financial apps. We recommend manually verifying your account during this transition time.
Bank statements will look different, but all the essential information will remain unchanged. We encourage customers to enroll in eStatements, a more secure and eco-friendly choice.
To help with the transition, all checking and savings account customers (including those with eStatements) will receive a printed statement covering account activity through April 23. This statement will be mailed to the address we have on file.
Some customer statement cycle dates will change after the upgrade. If your delivery date is different, there’s no need for concern, it’s simply part of the system upgrade.
Your alerts will not carry over and you will need to re-enroll in alerts for your accounts.
The phone number will remain 855-375-3606. It will be inquiry only April 23-26 and will be fully available April 27, 2026.
Yes, please make sure your contact information is current. Watch your mail for your new debit card.
